I hereby grant the ESRF, free of charge, permission to record, edit, reproduce, publish, broadcast and otherwise use all or part of the photographs, video footage and audio recordings featuring me for its internal and external communications. This includes, where applicable, reproduction, presentation, translation, adaptation, dubbing and subtitling, whether the material is produced directly by the ESRF or by an authorised third-party service provider acting on its behalf.

This authorisation applies to all existing and future media, formats and methods of distribution used by the ESRF.

Cancellation policy

Registration is binding. Once your registration has been successfully completed, an invoice will be sent to you by email. Your participation is confirmed only once full payment of the registration fee has been received.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellations received by 15 February 2027 (inclusive): a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations received on or after 16 February 2027: no refund will be issued.

You may nominate a colleague from the same organisation to attend in your place up to one week before the conference begins. Please notify the Conference Secretariat by email if you wish to transfer your registration.

Please note that the conference programme may be subject to change.

If the conference is cancelled by the organiser, registration fees will be refunded. The organiser will have no further liability to participants. If the conference is postponed, registrations will remain valid.

If the conference is cancelled due to force majeure, registration fees will be refunded, and the organisers will have no further obligations towards participants.
If the conference has already begun and force majeure prevents your arrival or departure, registration fees and any associated costs will not be refunded or reimbursed.
