  • Cancellation

    The deadline for submitting sponsorship cancellation requests is 9 January 2027.
    Any cancellation requests received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

    The personal data collected through this registration form will be processed by Insight Outside on behalf of the ESRF (European Synchrotron Radiation Facility) for the purpose of managing sponsorship registrations and the logistical organisation of ICT 2027.
